I am currently out of the US, can’t contact t-mobile, and for some reason I cannot make an online payment because T-Mobile doesnt accept credit cards created from the country I am from.

I will only be able to be back at the States after my prepaid payment is due, and I want to know if there is a grace period to a prepaid line before it gets suspended and number is sent to be reassigned to someone else.

Thank you.

Usually after your funds run out you have 60 days to restart the plan.

Here's a link that should help you.

https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/prepaid-suspend-cancel

If you have a friend in the states you can ask them to do a guest pay for you to keep your account open.

Thanks! Then would I be unavailable to service (call/text/internet) for that 60 days grace period or no??
