iPhone 13 purchased February 2022. Don’t recall original iOS. Now running iOS 15.6. Now most calls must be made using Travel line. Otherwise the call doesn’t go through. Both lines list my only number. Some text messages, particularly group texts, will go to my email instead of messages with the @tmomail.net suffix. FaceTime also won’t work on occasion unless I use the travel line. I have an email from 2/24/22 stating “Equipment has been modified for device #4043048625. The imsi has been changed from #310260574252591 to #310260255125543”.
I have verified the existence of a physical SIM card in the device. Please help me understand why this is happening.
