Reactivation After Payment in Full

My account was suspended for going too long without payment. I got my check, and paid T-Mobile in full today around 2 pm.  The page I saw after that said that it would take up to two hours to reactivate my phone.  It’s now 10 pm.  Just in case you don’t realize it, T-Mobile completely deadens your phone when you don’t pay - no calls, texts, or even WiFi calling.  Plus, there is NO WAY to contact them in this situation. Even their 611 number is shut off.  Anyway, how long does this reactivation take?  And how can I get hold of a human being - even an online chat?  I don’t even see that as an option.
