When I signed on in August 2022, T-Mobile said they would pay for the cost of our phones which we were paying ATT a monthly fee. How do I find out what the status is of this refund?

How it usually works is that Tmobile will issue you a gift card within 6-8 weeks of submission but it's your responsibility to pay them off.
Tmobile's FAQ states 2 weeks after submitting the application and 1 to 3 days to receive.

Thanks. I think you answered my question with the link provided. I had paid my phones off, filed for the refund, but never heard anything else.
