T-mobile has been an utter disappointment. We had been with Verizon 25 years and decided to leave since we were paying roughly $200 p/m for unlimited service for three phone… We purchased two Galaxy S21Ultra 5G phones and one Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. At time of purchase we were promised a pair of Samsung earbuds in green to match the Z Flip. we have spoken with T-Mobile rep around the globe and have been told they were shipped. It feels like the middle of February and no earbuds. We will never refer anyone to TMobile….Worst experience ever. While waiting on hold, the audio says they have top notch customer service. Not our experience.
