We have contacted TMobile multiple times. FamilyWhere does not give an accurate location with Samsung Galaxy S32 or S21 phones. Anyone know how to fix this? With 2 teen age boys, we find FamilyWhere to be useful.
You may need to change the permissions on the phone.

I was on hold more than an hour yesterday for this same problem. T-Mobile techs are not useful. Based on my conversation, our phones have the correct settings in place.
I didn't have this issue until we upgraded from old S7 phones to the S22. I think it's an issue with 5G. Try restarting all phones, switching to 4G network on all phones and then giving the app a try.

Tried it…..Phone would only let me select 3G (no 4G option). I actually got a reading farther away from the older readings. So frustrating.
