Purchased my phones dec 2020 with the insurance plan as well as qualified screen protectors. I’ve had the screen protectors replaced numerous times in store no problem. I went in today to get a new one but for whatever reason they couldn’t find in my account that I qualified for the free replacement. Has this happened to anyone else?
