Service deactivated prior to transferring my phone number to new carrier

I’ve been in contact with tmobile’s customer service representatives and tech support with regards to having my phone unlocked and a problem with having my phone number transferred over to my new phone carrier. The issue was time sensitive as my billing cycle was set to expire on dec 9th (Today) but Tmobile representatives advised the issue was being taken care of. Well……… turns out that was a lie. I’m now searching every which way I can contact them to have this issue expedited as I’m now without a phone that works and I’m a firefighter on shift so for the next 24 hrs I’m stuck at work without the ablility to take care of this issue myself.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
