Site won't let me upgrade phone.

Even though I am the primary account holder, it's asking me to contact the "Primary account holder to upgrade"? I'm just trying to get my new phone online. Can anybody help?

Please contact T-Force on Facebook or Twitter. This  is a peer community and you need help from someone who can access your account. 😉

The suggestion above is totally the way to go. That way, you can get your phone ordered and make sure the primary line is set under your number.

I'm having the same issue but I don't have Twitter or Facebook

the answer is the one marked in green that says “Answer”. with an addition of call TMO or use their chat feature…

 

 

however the FB/Twitter route is still the preferred method.
