It's been a year since I switched from Verizon, and I submitted everything I needed to to recieve the gift card.
Kind of ridiculous especially since I broke my phone I brought and bought a new s23 from tmobile and all the information was on that phone unrecoverable and I can no longer log into my Verizon account..
I've tried reaching out to the 1800 number but they have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about.
It is the reason I chose tmobile over att.
