After the app update 2 days ago, I can no longer start up the app. It just crashes out to nothing. I have tried deleting and re-installing multiple times.

Yep. Same here. The app is garbage. I contacted T-Mobile about it and their reply was “Engineers are aware and addressing the issue”. That was a month ago! Way to go T-Mobile!

Had the same problem, until I updated iOS.
