t-mobile hub invite

T-Mobile Hub is a disaster for business accounts.  I had a business account but it for some reason my login was deleted from the systems and I had to apply for a new one.

So I had to get a new invite.  Here is what I went through.

I contacted T-mobile 04 4/3 and she was supposed to get me an invite.

I contacted them again on 4/8 as I did not get an invite. The new rep could not find any notes on my previous call so I had to request a new invite.

She told me that they would send a new email in 1-3 bus days and I had to continuously monitor my email and within 30 minutes of receiving the email, click on their link.  Is that a way to run a business?
