If you are the PAH (Primary Account Holder) of the account your T-Mobile number is on and you don’t remember your PIN. You will have to contact Customer Care, verify your identity, and then they will be able to set a new PIN for you.

You will need to contact Customer Care at 611 or.visit a store to have your PIN reset.
