For the past few weeks I have only been able to view my call logs. There is no longer an option to see text logs. Why did this happen and how can I request text logs for the past year? Yes, I know I can only get text details for the numbers, date, time and location...not the actual messages.
Those should be listed in your account. If they disappeared, perhaps the bill was rolling over to the next billing period. Once complete, you should see the next bills calling and texting info listed.
Is it possible to retrieve detailed text message logs for the past year? Currently I can only view the past 2 months text message logs on my detailed billing statement.
