T mobile really needs to get on the ball with treating these plans the way John Legere Promised.

Your  CEO made promises, you need to keep them.  In fact one of the simple choice promises was YOUR DEAL WONT CHANGE.

The plan in question is a family plan that includes 2 lines at $80, with 2GB data included, and additional lines at $10 each.  And you can have up to 10 lines Ii believe. ALL of that, is what T-mobile sold me. In 2023, I better still have the ability to add up to 8 more lines at  $10 with 2gb included.     Im tired of calling and getting data charges, add ons, bs about we cant do that anymore, etc… you sold the plan. LIVE UP TO IT.

Now tmo made those 2gb plans unlimited. Great, thanks, but we didn’t ask you to do that. We didn’ give you the right to change the deal. So deliver before you get sued.

Unfortunately with grandfathered plans some features don't carry over.

Well in a way you kinda did. It’s tied up in all the small print we agree to when we sign agreements for service, sucks that they do this, but if you read around in there it will say they have the right to make changes to account service.
