I’ve been trying to login into the my T-Mobile app to view my bill but it keeps asking to link my phone number to it but I do not have a T-Mobile phone service, only the home internet. Any help on trying to get past the phone number link thing? Ps I’ve tried my number already
Is there one set fee for the gateway device or am I also charged per device connected?
When you access the router via http://192.168.12.1 you will see the phone number associated with your device (Modem/Router) there.

Sorry about that! The number only appears under devices in the T-Mobile app out on the T-Mobile web page. When logging into either (app or browser interface), you are given the option of using your phone number or email address as a user name.
Give customer support a call at 800-937-8997 and they should be able to help if you can’t use email address as a user name.
