Tourist SIM Card San Francisco

Hello, 

I’m a foreigner and will be visiting San Francisco next month for 2 weeks. I’ll need a tourist SIM after landing in SFO. Would really appreciate some advice:

1. Is there a T-mobile outlet/other retailers that sell T-mobile SIM cards at/nearby SFO?
2. I still have the tourist SIM card I last used in 2019- is it possible to reactivate it?
3. Since I’ll need the SIM mainly for the internet, which deal would be the best and how much would that cost?
