Has anyone tried to trade-in a Google Pixel 5 when upgrading to a newer device on T-Mobile? My unlocked Pixel 5 has been working perfectly on the T-Mobile network for more than a year, but it is shown as a Pixel 4 XL on the “my device” line on my account. When I try to correct it to get an accurate estimate, it shows no Pixel 5 option.

It's because Tmobile didn't sell the phone. My wife's Pixel 5A5g shows as a 4A.
