I have been given the run around for four days

 

Friday I was in the local T-Mobile store to get someone added to my account who is currently with Sprint. I was told that I had to call in. I did. Then I was told I had to go back to the store. There new people told me I had to call in to a different number. I did. There they told me I had to go to the store. I called the store and they said I had to call.

 

I’d love to launch an investigation into the incompetence of the service reps, but I’ll be happy just knowing who is right and who I need to lean on.

 

So, I have a new line. 

Another person has a Sprint account with only them on it.

They wish to port their number over to my new line.

 

Who does that? Every person I talk to keeps pointing the finger at someone else and it’s maddening!

Try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter. They are a higher tier of support.
