In store they charge an upgrade fee, on line they don't.
On line purchase you pay for shipping and have to wait for the phone , in store purchase , if
the phone is in stock, no shipping and get your phone right away and you don't have to worry about
porch pirates.
It blows my mind that a billion dollar company does not offer FREE Shipping during this "COVID" crisis. Thanks for your response.

If you also trade in a device, it has to be shipped, which the store can take care of for you instead of that having to be another thing you have to do.
