Except for T-Mobile verification code, My phone doesn’t receive verification code from any other source
Not receiving verification code (e.g. in two factor authentication) has been a known issue. (Look at other threads on the subject.) Your customer support specialist will notice “pending” messages that were not received by your phone. You’d need to shut down your phone for a minute or two while the representative refreshes the system on his/her ends. This, at least, is how my issue was resolved.
you might also contact TMO and make sure short code is on your account. worst case they can also remove it then re add it in case its having some weird hiccup.
