I’m currently subscribed to Magenta Max for their Voicemail Transcription Service.  The Visual Voicemail app stopped working sometime in September.  Downgrading to version 5.37.3.83199 seems to resolve the issue, however as paying customers for this service, it should be supported in the latest release.

T-Mobile:  The reviews on Google Play should tell you all you need to know.  You need to make fixing this problem a priority since many of your customers are paying for this service they are not receiving.

With each app update, older versions of Android loose compatibility with the app.  Android versions beyond the currently supported window might be the reason why.  Are you using a version of Android older than Android 10?
