 I have magenta 55 and we can have several lines. My daughter we added on but it says that  next to her name in our bill  it says , new line that she owes 50$. Usually or what we were told if she is added that it would come up to 105$ for all three of the lines because it is a senior plan . Also it says that her phone number has a added a voice line to her plan. What does that mean . We get a discount of 20$ now from auto pay and we are only supposed to get 15$. Hmmm It also says that she is using a different address on her line which is not true . we all have the same address. Insight anyone

You are better off contacting TMO support directly. From what you describe you will need to provide personally identifying information to sort this out and you absolutely do not want to post that on the community.
