Badge

I am trying to purchase the $50 international plan for my phone because I’m in France. When I try to pay, the website freezes and says “Looks like we got our wires crossed.” I have tried on both my phone and laptop- same result. I have tried clearing cookies and cache- same result. This is very disappointing. I might have to switch back to AT&T. I paid more there but at least the website worked.
