When will the "we got our wires crossed" issue be resolved???!!!

This is such a constant problem.  T-Mobile is one of the largest telecom companies in the world, and yet virtually EVERY login to pay bills -”oops, we got our wires crossed”, and no ability to log in. 

Your customer service account interface should be FLAWLESS, SEAMLESS and work EVERY TIME.  Not be broken for YEARS!  Why!!!???

Please get it fixed ASAP.

I never have this issue and I pay my bill a week or two before the autopay triggers by logging into my.t-mobile.com to push my payment early.  I use Edge though for accessing any site for paying bills or accessing any banking though.
