I dropped T-mobile due to bad coverage and with over promises for 5G. This has been over 10 months ago. We drove from Florida to Boston and had a 5G coverage for 2 miles during the whole trip. Yes my phone settings are correct.
After closing the account, I’ve received statements since showing a refund due me at $9.09. I called 3 months ago and had a very nasty reception because I didn’t know my pin number but supplied all other information associated with the account. I want my $9.09 back. Does it take a class action lawsuit by Morgan and Morgan to get my money back? I’ll be calling them next! 😫
