Well it seems like part of the cut backs went to the Colorado customer service reps being let go. I’ve been calling for the last 2 weeks now and after 15 years of Tmobile service I just don’t know. I get it that you all save money by outsourcing but this is customer service where we need to understand what’s being said as well as being understood. I need a phone unlocked but keep getting people who really have no idea what I’m talking about and keep reading from the same script, I just don’t know if I can stay here now, google Fi is looking better and better every day.
contact them through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..you start with tier 2 support instead of the call in tier 1 support agents.
