Which SIM?

I have been on hold over an hour.  I was sent a new phone and 2 sim cards (my wife is keeping her existing phone from Verizon).  Per T-Mobile’s website, I should have been sent or told which one goes in which phone.  The emails I received require a login which does not recognize my phone number or email.  Not a good experience so far.  Is there a way to figure this out without waiting on hold or getting into my online account?
