Hello, I was on the look out for a text message survey for doing a transaction in a T-Mobile store. The Mobile Expert said I should receive it in 24 hours but I never did. He showed me on how it’s suppose to look like from a 1112 number and I wanted to give his all 10s for his great work. If I didn’t get the survey in my number, who actually gets the survey in the account? Is it the primary contact number in the account or who actually gets it?
