Why Can't I See All The Lines On MY Account?

I have been a sprint customer for almost 18 years and never have I had this much trouble. When I log in I want access to all my lines on my account. I have read and tried to follow all the previous answers as this seems to be a common issue but no luck. I have now been chatting with myself apparently for 18minutes on the app as no one answers back. Please help

Finally found it. On the app, log in. Bottom right corner, click "More", then "Profile Settings", "T- Mobile ID", click "Add Phone Number" and enter the phone number of the line you want connected to your account.  The person will get a code, and once they confirm,  your done. How that helps! 

I am the primary account holder and I have a total of 4 numbers linked to my mobile ID but it won't let me manage or view one of the linked number's account.
