“you are unable to make calls at this time” #FamilyAllowances

I added Family Allowances and was trying to not allow my son’s line to make calls after 9PM. It’s 11:53AM, and my phone can’t make calls. I’m given a stupid message that I can’t make calls or send texts. 
 

per usual customer service is trash. They had me reset my network settings and promised to call me back. But they haven’t.

so did you go back into the family allowance and correct what all was changed in there?
