My husband and I needed new phones and I have been dragging my feet because I didn't want to deal with a representative due to a few bad incidents when TMobile was Sprint. I was actually ready to switch to Verizon prior to the change to TMobile.

I finally called yesterday to discuss our upgrade options. I spoke with Athena. What a difference! The call ended up being the best experience we have ever had with any customer service representative! Athena was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We were able to get all of our questions answered immediately and felt comfortable with the decisions we made after ending the call. Thank you Athena! I hope you continue to work for TMobile as you are one of the reasons customers want TMobile!

We have also switched our ISP to TMobile. We are pleased with both of the services TMobile provides!
