a new issue with my S24 Ultra and S23 Ultra trade

 So that is my old post. On January 27th I was going to cancel my service and go to Verizon, because I was having issues ordering my S24 Ultra through Samsung.com the TMO rep said that I can order it through Samsung use Samsung Financing and turn in my S23 to TMO. I know the day and the time I called TMO. I asked the rep at least a half a dozen times, and she assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. She said I would get a $400 bill credit and then a $25 monthly credit for 2 years

 

Well now it is a problem. TMO says I have to return the phone and order another one. Can ANYBODY help??
