I know T-Mobile is the only mobile carrier that service the Naval Base, but is there an actual Authorized dealer/store on Guantanamo Bay Naval Base that service personnel can go to when they have issues with their mobile device?

It’s been over 20 years since I was on Gitmo. At that time there was a closed GSM network that acted as a sort of wireless intercom.
I have no idea if there’s a T-Mobile agent on Gitmo. You might ask the NEX at 757-458-4486
