We both just got new phones, but declined the insurance at checkout, and now we think we’d like to add it. Wondering if there is a way to add insurance on the phones after we’ve already received them. Thanks in advance!
You have 30 days from your purchase to sign-up for insurance. The fact that you initially declined insurance should not matter.
T-Mobile will most likely have you stop by a corporate store to verify your phones' condition.
