I don't seem to be able to check for voice messages that are on my home phone using the Alcatel flip 4. I dial the home phone’s VM access code during the greeting, but the greeting continues and then goes into record mode. I found 2 solutions - turn on the dial pad sound in the Alcatel (that didn't help) and change the DTMF tone to 'long' (I don't see that option is available).
Anyone else have trouble or can offer a solution?
