When I try to sell something on Facebook and the buyer sends me a code to verify my phone number, I don’t receive the code and the buyer gets an “invalid phone” message. Any ideas? Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
Give Customer Care a call or reach out to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter and have them make sure Short Codes are enabled on your account. Some verification services do not work with prepaid numbers.
I don’t have a prepaid account. It’s a regular account, and I can get 2-Step verification codes from many places, including T-mobile.
If Short Codes are enabled on the account (it's worth checking). The person you are attempting to buy from might either be on T-Mobile's spam list or the issue is with their service sending the verification.
These are buyers. I’m the seller. And there have been multiple people try to send me codes. All fail.
