I have three Samsung phones to return for trade-in on an upgrade promotion, but cannot get into the website to print return shipping labels and the T-Mobile store said they couldn’t take them for us. I can’t get through to support on phone or chat. I did return an Apple a couple weeks ago and had no issue finding the return label that printed with all the information needed for the specific trade-in promotion, but now everything on the app or website keeps going in a loop and never gets me to where I can print a shipping label for the phones that are due for trade-in (by Dec. 23!)
HELP please!
