I turned 55 today and trying to change my plan online to the Go5G plus 55. I can’t see that option in my account online. Do I need to change that in store / in person? Thanks in advance!

Happy 55th birthday!  Because ID is required to verify your age.  It is easiest to visit your local T-Mobile store or reach out to the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on Facebook or Twitter.  


When I signed up for the 55+ plan, I did it on line.


Thanks both for the reply. I did a live chat on my tmobile app to change. It never show that option under my account. had to do a live chat with them. 


any changes I’ve done to my plan has always been done online. Have never had any problems doing it this way. Prefer it that way as it helps to prevent errors caused the person on the other end.
