Why was I charged a connection charge when I upgraded my phones.
It's a new fee that started November 3rd.

Not sure why we are being nickeled and dimed. I am a T-Mobile customer wanting to buy a new phone that is almost $1,000; and I will be charged an additional $35 to “connect” to T-Mobile? This fee is ridiculous and is not a customer service focused. This is Executive Pay focused. I will be going to another carrier. TODAY.
