closed caption revvl v 5g

Thank you for your response!  Unfortunately I was only able to find the turn off closed caption option in the accessibility area. It did not include the word ‘live’ in it so I must have been in the wrong place! I was able to make this close caption area nearly invisible by changing the caption size color and background to clear so I can’t see what is still there! I believe this is connected to that RTT mess which I had help from this community to download the ACR app and make that the default setting.  I can’t believe that this should have put into the phone uninvited in the first place. We bought two of these phones and the other doesn’t have it!  We’ve been to the store several times and we’re not the only ones with a problem they can’t fix… I’ve been with text support and “escalated” multiple times … I think most of you know that’s where all help goes to die! Anyway, I appreciate everyone’s input into this issue and before I toss this phone into the ocean I’ll keep at it!
