Rec’d. trade-in Revvl 6 _____ ?!?  . . . and that is my first question:

What device did I just receive without powering it up?

Can I look up the S/N somewhere on t-mobile.com to verify that the CSR sent me the correct phone?

The box had literally no trade-in instructions, RMA label, etc. - just the new device which may or may not be what I requested.

Any/all helpful input appreciated! :)
