I have been fighting back and forth the way the T-Mobile before a refund that was originally promised to be immediate however, they keep trying to send misleading statements and reference to the return policies. The warehouse is already inspected the phone and cleared it so they keep trying to pass the buck and that's not the way it is. To refunds been approved and policy is the refund will be issued within 3 days of approval.. where is my money? It's $111.68 because I stupidly believed a customer sales rep when purchasing a subpar phone. I returned it within a couple days and brand new condition and I have the tracking for when the warehouse received it. I have all my call logs and everything so where is my money.
