So i did a trade in for a Google Pixel 6 Pro. I sent in a Pixel 5. According to the trade in i would get money off the phone and then with the promotion discount , i had to pay 3 dollars a month for the new phone. Fine all great. 2 months went by fine and now i notice a 31 dollars equipment charge on my phone , and when i inquired they said oh the cancelled the promotion as the traded in phone was defective. I was never informed about that and all of a sudden this happens? Its frustrating to this being done when you have been a loyal customer.
What can i do now, i definitely dont want to pay this new amount and i would have been happy with my pixel 5 and got yhr pix 6 pro as it was 3 a month?
