Still waiting for the January 2023 System Update for my Pixel 6a.
The blame for the delay is being put on T-Mobile.

I don't know who to blame because the update was pulled because the Pixel line was having issues on Fi and since that uses the Tmobile network. If you want the update pull the Tmobile sim and insert a different carrier as a work a round.
Update was distributed to all carriers pixel phones. Its being held but no one is being honest about it. We won't see this update.
you’ll either see the Jan update or they’ll end up bypassing it due to the above mentioned issues and kick you guys the Feb one.
