My son is acting out and will not give me his phone, how do I deactivate his line

you’ll need to call or contact TMO via Facebook/Twitter.. might be able to do a seasonal hold or something on it..they’ll give you some options..just keep in mind that even if its deactivated they can still use it via wifi..

You use to be able to sign into your Mytmobile account and shut off a line from there.
