I am going to transfer all data from my Samsung s21 to Samsung A54.
Since I am going to use the same sim card from the s21 to A54, at which point I can install the sim to the new device?

you sign into Google on the new phone and it’ll ask about transferring everything thats been backed up from the older phone to the newer phone usually by either a Bluetooth connection or via wifi.

There is also Samsung SmartSwitch, which migrates everything to your new device. I don’t recommend using SmartSwitch though in situations where the device is significantly older than the newer one. However, it should be fine in this case.
