I am a part of the Sprint move to T-Mobile. I was never a fan of T-Mobile which is why I was with Sprint. The customer service is crappy. You're lied to on a regular basis. The service issues is upsetting. I pay quite a bit for unlimited everything for 2 lines. I recently purchased the S23 plus. I can't use it with the wifi at all. I have tried every fix. I contacted Samsung with no help either. I use my phone in my line of work. I'm an adjuster. It's aggravating when ALL of my phone doesn't work. T-mobiles fix was warranty exchange, but there is a 50/50 chance you'll end up with the same problem. Exactly how I was told. They are aware of the issue & stated its a manufacturer problem. That this is the most they can offer. Yet I have the message of being slowed down on my unlimited plan because of my usage. I want to curse soooo bad. It's a dang shame that these places are allowed to get away with this.......parasites.
