Calling, messaging tmobile first takes forever to get response. When they do contact you they are unhelpful. Ask are you a customer 3 times. I respond back yes 7+ yrs to many. My phone is android it worked fine this morning it was time to reup min. And I can't even contact tmobile. Finally I get thru and they don't help. I'm still without a phone. If I have to buy a new phone and switch providers you cab believe I'm sending the bill to tmobile
