I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra locked on Ebay. I just received it and when trying to unlock it. Its Error 6 which means the person who previously bought I’m assuming didn’t finish the payments. Any ideas on what I should do next? I enjoy T-Mobile but would like to try another provider as well.

Return it to the seller for a refund.
